Madame Alexander's French Kitty doll: Very Peteena Poodle!
Does anyone (besides me..) remember the Peteena Poodle fashion doll from the early 1970s? It was a poodle, with a tail, that was a fashion doll, with separate outfits available.
Peteena only lasted on the market a year or two, and today Peteena Poodle is highly collectible. I can't help but think that the designers of the new French Kitty doll were inspired by Peteena! The dolls are jointed and have a tail, just like Peteena, and they wear high fashion (although no outfits are available separately...yet!)
There are three French Kitties available, and they have a suggested retail of only $24.95.
