dolls are also handmade by the dollmakers, made from molds or patterns (if cloth) designed
by others. Some of the antique reproductions rival the actual antiques in painting

owners! Customizing involves changing the hair (often rerooting) and makeup of a
doll (usually vinyl) and costuming the dolls. Dolls of imagination!
