Only a few years ago, it was a given that a little girl aged 8 might want a doll for Christmas. Now, however, little girls are growing up at ever-faster rates, and many have Christine Aguilera and Britney Spears on their minds instead of Barbie and baby dolls. Toymakers count on tweens for their holiday cheer in the Indianapolis Star takes a look at this trend.
