My Doll Sewing Area: Part of Doll Play
Part of doll play for me includes sewing for dolls. I have an older model Viking sewing machine that enables me to sew little embroideries and stitches, and I have everything organized for easy access. My doll patterns are near my machine, and I keep a few dolls in lingerie around for sizing. One of the dolls you see (in Bal Harbour, a Tonner outfit) is a customized doll by my friend, Jewlianne (which means that the doll has had its face beautifully repainted). Right now, I am working on a wedding dress for Tyler, since my daughter's Tyler "Katie" has gotten engaged to a Matt O'Neill doll.
