Closer Look at Illai From Greenland In The 2005 Annette Himstedt Collection

Another one of the dolls from the European portion of the collection is Illai, from Greenland. She is Inuit, and "she comes all the way from the wintry north. She's really called Ilaituk, but everybody just calls her Ilai. She lives in the village of Moriussag in Greenland."

Ilai is also very popular this year, and Annette Himstedt is sold out of her, with nearly every dealer also sold out. She is again one of only a few fairer-skinned dolls in the line, and she has the desirable open mouth with modeled teeth!

Ilai is 35 1/2" tall, limited to 377 dolls, and has a suggested retail of $883.
