Areas of the "World" Need More Content; Site Needs More Daily Activities
OK, overall I think Ty Girlz is fun and definitely going in the right direction! Here are some things that can be done to make the site more engaging and a long-term success:More Than 1 Doll On An Account
It is ridiculous that you can't even have 2 of your dolls in the same room in your Ty Girlz house at the same time (I can't even figure out how to play with my second doll at all.
The Doll Should Be Able To Interact With Its House
Ty Girlz should at least be able to walk around in their homes, not just stand there. At least they stand in their house, some sites are even worse (Be-Bratz, I'm talking to you...). However, if Webkinz can have a dozen pets walking around and interacting in a Webkinz room, I'm sure the Ty programmers can do it, too.
There Needs To Be A World To Explore
There are different cities of the world to "explore' but really, other than different clothing in the shops, there is nothing there. Same boring food whether you are in Tokyo or New York; same exact furniture to buy. And, where are the pets--both Barbie Girls and Be-Bratz have pets!
There Is No News Page, No Daily Activities, and Not Enough Updating of Content
Finally, if Ty Girlz is going to become a long-term interactive site, they need to add more of a "community" feel to it. Daily activities, news and more frequent updates of the site will help. Most great sites have weekly events and new activities, and more interactivity (competitive games). Ty Girls should add these things to make a fun site a complete world. They are close, but not quite there.
