Definition: Little criss-cross cracks that sometimes form, with age, over the surface of a composition or china doll. Most composition dolls found today have crazing to some degree.
Examples: I really love the new composition Shirley Temple doll I won at auction, but I am a little bit worried about the crazing to the composition that I already see around her eyes.
