DATE OF PRODUCTION: mid 1930s

CHARACTERISTICS OF DOLL:  Composition dolls with painted eyes and facial features; painted molded hair. 

PRICE:  $200-$300 each if mint; $1,000 to $1,500 for full set mint and all original. In this condition (very good; missing some of original outfits; some flaws and crazing) from $100 to $150 each. 

COMMENTS: Dolls shown have original outfits but are lacking their pins.

MARKET REPORT: The full set of Madame Alexander quints had trended slightly down in price from 1999 to 2003.
