COMMENTS: Lovely doll; series has not been as popular as it was in the mid-1990s. It is collected by both Barbie and Hallmark collectors.
MARKET REPORT: Prices on most modern Barbie dolls are down quite a bit from the late 1990s/early 2000s. It remains to be seen whether or not prices will pick up in the last few months of 2003.
