JILL BARAD'S FUTURE: CLOUDY?
Ever since last week's announcement by Mattel (maker of Barbie
and American Girl dolls) that their third-quarter profits would miss forecasts by as much
as 55%, there continues to be speculation that Jill Barad's job is in jeopardy.
ROCKERS MAKE DOLLS
Last week, we read about male retirees making dolls. Now,
read about some ex-rockers making millions with dolls, including the Tickle Me Elmo doll!
