home_chicklet1(1).gif (311 bytes)DESCRIPTIONS OF 2002 SILKSTONE BARBIES IS CONFIRMED:  Here are the descriptions, courtesy of Sandi Holder's Doll Attic, www.dollattic.com:

Lingerie #4:  Barbie is dressed in a pale pink bustier and panty ensemble accented  with ivory trim and lace insets.  Ivory bows add a delicate touch to her  lingerie, and a pink bow adorns her platinum blonde hair, which is  reminiscent of Barbie's memorable bubble cut.

Country Bound Fashion: Barbie is ready to tour the countryside with a colorful summer  ensemble (doll sold separately).  Her outfit includes a coral five-button  car coat with flap pockets, self belt and white top stitching.  The lining  is coral and white checked to coordinate with her Capri pants that reveal  her white heeled shoes.  Shielding her from the sun are her white  sunglasses and a straw boater hat that features a lime-green hat band to match her scarf.

Jet Set Giftset:
The Jet Set giftset is a doll and travel-wear fashions in one  complete package!  Barbie comes wearing a strapless ivory merry-widow and  panty ensemble accented with lace trim and lace insets.  Aqua bows add a  delicate touch to her lingerie and brown hair.  For her travels, she can  wear an aqua and gold coat with self-belt, patch pockets, and faux fur  collar.  The coat features aqua lining to match a sleeveless, fitted top  with side slit detailing and overlapping collar.  Barbie has her choice of gold lame Capri pants for comfort or an ivory skirt with inverted  stitch-down pleats for more formal wear.  Stylish accessories include a functioning Croc-print handbag, sunglasses, brooch, earrings, a spare pair  of shoes, and of course, a passport, travel brochure and magazine for her journeys.

Accessory Pack: The BFMC Accessory Pack is a perfect complement to anyone's existing  collection of BFMC dolls and fashions.   The pack comes with a molded  dress form on a die-cast stand for displaying other fashions in the  collection or for displaying the included 1950's retro-styled dress.  This  simple dress is a blue short sleeve, full pleated skirt that features a  V-back and a bow in front. For added dress-and-play fun, the pack comes  complete with nude stockings, three pairs of shoes and accompanying shoe boxes with tissue.

Bride:
Barbie is the epitome of a beautiful bride in her elegant off-white  bridal ensemble.  Her gown is made of a satin underskirt covered in  organza with a delicate satin trim at the bottom.  The back of her gown is  "v-shaped" with tailored bows and faux pearl buttons.  Her mid-length veil is accented with a tailored bow at the center.  Underneath her gown, Barbie doll is wearing a petticoat, pantyhose, and of course a blue  garter.  Her dark brown hair is styled up in an elegant ponytail and to complement her gown she wears faux pearl drop earrings. A delicate bouquet of flowers completes the look.

Also, Congratulations to Sandi who has opened up a retail location for her dolls in Union City!  She requests that you call before visiting her show room, if you are in the area.
