ABOUT THE DOLLS PRICE GUIDE
How Values Are Determined: Unlike printed books on doll values, this Dolls Price Guide more heavily weighs internet prices at online auctions such as eBay and Amazon.com. However, prices from dealers and auctions are also taken into account. Wherever possible, sources for prices are disclosed. All prices quoted are actual market values--the prices that the dolls actually sold at.
What Entries Include: Almost all entries in this Price Guide are accompanied by facts and interesting information about the dolls--ALL have beautiful photos. Some entries will have a general market report on the catagory of dolls being evaluated. Whenever possible, each entry includes descriptions of the dolls, including doll characteristics, the maker of the dolls, date of production, and doll marks. Prices are given in a range of values--low end of the range for dolls with flaws, high end of the range for mint dolls.
