If you are new to dolls, you may not know where to start when you want to identify and value a doll. The first thing to consider in doll identification is what material the doll is made of--specifically, what material the doll's head is made of. Interesting post! Collecting is a lucrative hobby. Unbeknown to many, there’s a good chance they’ll get an offer for rare and older stuff and leave with some money.

I can’t see the material close enough to actually identify it. I have multiple boxes of dolls, and I need closer up pics!!!!
