Look for Twilight Barbie Dolls in November!

Monday June 29, 2009
I have been able to confirm that Twilight Barbie (as Bella) and Ken (as Edward) dolls will be released in November, as well as a Jacob doll in February 2010. The timing is perfect for anyone wanting their own vampires under the Christmas tree this year. The suggested retail for the Twilght dolls will be $34.99.

Thanks for the month regarding when the Mattel Twilight dolls will be out. And they will have Jacob next February? Very exciting news that I will be glad to pass on – noting the source, too.

I think it is sad that Mattel will be releasing Barbie and friends as satanic creatures aka vampires. I don’t care how cute she is or how cute he is, Twilight is about satanic creatures. Just more thick, pretty, frosting (to make it look good and acceptable) on an already immoral and corrupt world praying on the minds of children and young adults. Turning to a world of darkness and selling it is not a good money making choice, it doesn’t matter how bad the economy is. I am deeply disappointed in Mattel.

If you think Twilight is satanic than so are all fairy tales w/ witches and monsters including most of the Disney stories and classic 100 year old plus fairy tales…and the more recent Harry Potter…this is fiction and intelligent people w/ imagination can tell the difference between it and reality…

@Jennifer – please tell me you are joking! Firstly, twilight is NOT satanic. Secondly you sound like you are prejudiced against Satanists. That’s so not nice.

Twilight the movie reminded me of a Barbara Cartland romance.

I’m excited about two new male dolls – Edward and Jacob – one of whom is Native American. Wow!

Wow Jennifer! I can’t believe what I’ve just read!!!!!! In what sort of middle-age, bigotted world have you been living all your life? Neverland? I don’t think I’ve ever read anything as incredible as your post! Hell, next time you’re going to tell us God created the world and Adam and Eve!!! Hellooo! wake up! This is the 21st century!

Is it possible that you’re all showing prejudice toward Jennifer’s beliefs while claiming that’s what she’s showing? I may not agree with her but aren’t her feelings as justified as yours? You’re right, it is the 21st. century!

Jennifer you should give Twilight a try. It is a very moral book and one of the on-going issues is whether the vampires (as created by this author) have souls and how they can live more responsibly. These are not your average vampire books.

I read all the ‘Twilight’ series and enjoyed them very much; they’re fiction! But to ‘hellooo’…you may have your beliefs, however, they don’t encompass everyone (thank God) even if is the 21st century. Some books that have been written last forever. On the other hand, our ‘Twilight’ series may fade within 10 years. If that remark makes me prejudiced against satanists, so be it.

hmmm, jennifer have you even read the books? it is a love story, there is nothing satanic about it. if you think twilight is satanic then you must think count from sesame street is also, he’s a vampire so therefor, according to you must be satanic. all those poor three + year olds gonna grow up and turn to the dark side. what a load of bullplop!

Jennifer, Sharon read the books before you make comments. Prepare yourself for a debate, don’t go in making yourself sound stupid.

(15) Twilight Barbies says:

It’s a story about life – has all the elements of human behavior, i.e., Mother Theresa and the “Devil” himself…

Anyway, just my opinion…
