This weekend the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel wrote an excellent article that shows the continuing struggles of smaller doll and toy companies to comply with the draconian CPSIA toy saftey law. One of the companies featured in the article is Lee Middleton Dolls, which is struggling with the rules regarding phalates in plastics used to make some of their dolls.
