Sewing For Dolls Can Be Fun and Economical

Tuesday July 15, 2008
I was cleaning out my doll room this past weekend (I was stuck inside due to the smoke from the California fires) and I came across all of my doll sewing projects. Or, should I more accurately say, my boxes and basket of unfinished doll sewing projects. One of my sewing boxes contains some patterns, tiny trims and vintage fabric to make costumes for my Bleuette Doll . Another one contained several small dolls, and approprite fabrics and tools to sew for miniature dolls. All you need to start sewing for your dolls is a sewing pattern for a doll you own, some fabric (or even fabric scraps if the doll is small enough) and your imagination!
