Now, you can enjoy Kit's story on the big screen in Kit Kittredge: An American Girl Movie which opened in theaters nationwide on on July 2 after advanced engagements in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, and Alpharetta Georgia on June 20! In the movie, Kit solves a mystery that helps her save her family's home during the Great Depression. The movie stars Abigail Breslin as Kit, and the cast includes Julia Ormond and Joan Cusack.
