Last week, when I wrote my article Are We Ready For Dolls 2.0? I wasn't yet aware of the new BarbieGirls.com Web site. As I just discovered, BarbieGirls.com is a brand new, virtual Barbie world where you create your own Barbie avatar. In Barbie World (still in Beta) you can dress your Barbie Girl, decorate her house, play games and safely network with others. It seems that genious toy maker Ty Werner and Mattel, Inc. both had the idea for a doll-based virtual world nearly simultaneously, with both TyGirlz.com and BarbieGirls.com debuting this month. I've already taken the Beta of BarbieGirlz.com out for a test drive--see what I think in my BarbieGirls.com (Beta) Review.

To get on ty-girlz you need a doll to purchase and then open the heart shpae mini thing.
You will find a short black rectangle,sractch the black rectangle of with your nail or a coin.
The code will be hiden underneath it.
When you see the code go on ty-girlz click new member it will say enter your code.
So then what you need to do is enter the code and click okay then you are in the ty-gilz world. create your own avatar desiyn your own room shop your furniture and food explore the all the malls and adopt a pet.

I have also done some research on barbiegirls.com & have read some of the comments on this site, as well as others. Many girls think they have to pay in order to play on the website, they don’t. When you click on the website, click on “play now”, click on “not a member”, then create a name, password so you can sign in at a later time. After you’ve done all its asked you, to you can create your character. Now you can create a basic character, or a vip character. If you choose to do a vip character your parents have to pay either $5.99 for 1 month, $17.97 for 3 months, or $35.94 for 6 months. I hope this helps.
