The doll is called the Party Mix Doodle Girl Doll and she is by Play Along Toys, the makers of the popular Doodle Bear.

The doll comes with special "Color Mix" markers which enables the doll to easily change designs and colors. Plus, the soft cloth doll is washable, and can be re-decorated again and again. The doll will be available for a suggested retail of $14.99,
