The Latest About 2004 Barbie Dolls

So many new Barbie dolls have shipped in the past few weeks that Barbie collectors have eagerly been running to their local doll shop and waiting patiently on their front porches for the UPS man!

Dolls that have recently been released include the beautiful Silkstone dolls commemorating Barbie's 45th anniversary (wasn't it only yesterday that the 35th anniversary ponytail reproduction dolls were released?) as well as the Robert Best Trench Setters and the Lounge Kitties.

Also arriving are this year's Modern Circle dolls, which have more of an evening-look than last year's. Unfortunately, a few dolls have recently been cancelled, including the Halle Berry inspired Catwoman and the Fairy and Mermaid frames.

This year seems to be an exciting year for Barbie, with the anniversary and the revamped packaging and color system for collectible Barbie dolls, so stay tuned!
