Theriault's Announces Live, Online Bidding at Auctions

Tuesday April 6, 2004
Theriault's has just announced that all of their Marquis doll auctions will be presented live, on the Internet in real-time, through Proxibid. The partnership with Proxibid will allow collectors to "attend" the auctions via their computers--you can bid as dolls are auctioned, even hear the auction over a delayed auction feed.

The first auction that will offer this will be the Marquis auction May 15-16 in Las Vegas. One of the best things about the new Internet option for Theriault auctions is that they will not charge any additonal Internet Buyer's Premium, as most other auction houses have done. For more detailed information on the new live Internet aspect of the Theriault auctions, visit both Theriault's.com and Proxibid. We also have an article with more details planned!
