Thousands Of Black Dolls Exhibited In Boston

Between 5,000 and 8,000 Black dolls of all types are being exhibited at public libraries in the Boston area. This very ambitious series of exhibits is from the collection of Debra Britt and her family. Ms. Britt started to collect dolls in 1998 when her then-5-year-old said he didn't think Santa Claus was going to visit for Christmas because Santa wasn't black.
