Marian LLC, Home of Marie Osmond Dolls, Becomes Charisma Dolls.
Wednesday February 11, 2004
You can always count on the few days before Toy Fair starts for big announcements from major doll companies, and this year is no exception. I've just been informed that Marian, LLC , home to Marie Osmond Dolls, has just become Charisma Dolls.
Besides the name change, the company has introduced several new lines of dolls, including Kewpies and Saddy Gladdys.
The company will now produce a line of clasic Kewpie dolls, based on the original designs of Rose O'Neill. Also joining the line-up are the Saddy Gladdys, a 12” cloth topsy turvy doll and book line which "teaches young children how to face life’s common problems and turn them into positive situations". Photos and more information will be following from Toy Fair.
The company will continue to offer the Marie Osmond Doll Collection and Magic Attic Dolls.
