Fashion Doll Makeovers in Newsweek!

You know something is hot when it makes Newsweek magazine. Well, its official--fashion doll makeovers are a trend. In a short news piece called "Pygmalion Barbie" this week's Newsweek magazine talks about customized Barbies, prices in the $200 to $600 range, and the first Fashion Doll Makeover Convention Of course, Newsweek didn't mention that there is a whole world of makeovers beyond Barbie--Tyler, Gene, Berenguer Babies and the host of others that are popular easels for the talent of makeover artists.
